Like I said, it is the person who started the thread who has changed their username. If you read the thread, you will discover the person who started the thread (Kazzie) actually already had another DOL username (Kazzie81) and that's the username she has changed to 'deleted'. She created a new log in (Kazzie) which she used to start the thread, then half way through the thread she started posting with her old log in (Kazzie81).
