Hi Tokkie - on the whole yes, she's settling in well, apart from being by herself, esp sleeping. She's had 12 visitors in 2 days and an outing to the hardware shop and she's been really confident and friendly with everyone. We had her in the sunroom the first couple of nights to sleep, but she wailed and howled a lot, and never really settled, so we decided to bring her into our room. She slept really well last night, didn't try to jump on the bed and only woke up 3 times for a wee, and then went straight back to sleep. She also coped better today when we left her on her own a few times. I've read mixed reports on sleeping arrangements for puppies - some say start as you mean to continue and stick to it, and others say let them sleep in your room for a few nights, so it's hard to know what's right. In the end, we went with our gut and thought we didn't want her distressed at night, plus distressed for half a day when we go back to work in a few days' time.
