They are lovely.

I met a gorgeous little bi-black boy here in Adelaide last weekend and he is going to have a go at herding in the next few weeks. It was the first time that I have seen 1 "in the flesh" and I think they are very striking, although I could be seen as some what biased on that :grouphug:

Thanks all for your comments ;)

Piper, have had Odin in the herding arenas a few times and he showed promise. Having said that he has been distracted recently by all that has been going on here with bitches in season, stud dogs being here and now puppies on the ground. Will try him again in the arenas in the next few months.

Mini borders, Ness, have been told there is a market for them :) We have in the past not had any success with weaning much before 4 weeks but this guy (at 23 days) really hoes into his food, so it has to be the border in him. :p :):vomit:

Let's hope his features are all sheltie or we will be in trouble. :) :p

Ness, the sables are definately shelties, as is the bi girl, NOT sure about the dog. :crossfingers:

Loraine, am totally stunned  When this litter's Gt Grandad (on Mum's side- Gt Gt Grandad, on Dad's side) was imported from the UK - a bi black, it took the kennel/breeder's six years to breed one bi-black. We have bred four in less than 21 months, a dog and a bitch on both occasions.

Not sure what we are doing right/wrong but we are totally over the moon.:confused:
