When I first started using them the guy was great, would reply promptly to my emails and phone calls and confirm when I could expect my delivery (to Sydney). I can get it cheaper elsewhere with that cost though - shame though as they had everything we were after! Im guessing their can't isn't able to automatically work out postage prices for rural areas which is why it wouldn't let you place the order. Theyd probably have to hunt around for a courier that goes to your area and then give you the price. Doesn't surprise me about the $32 though, the minute you try and get a courier to go a bit out of the city it costs a bomb.
