With some breeds pick of litter is in deposit recieved order american staffordshire terrier and labrador retreiver and deposits are refundable until a pick has occurred. Say what? It's often impossible for a buyer to know the difference between a scammer and a genuine seller. I have sold puppies interstate having only spoken to buyers over the phone/email and requested bank deposits for payment. For all they knew I was a scammer too!
