The Ark Posted June 8, 2010 Share Posted June 8, 2010 Hi, I am looking for someone to give my little foster boy, Aden, a haircut. He is a little maltese x, and just needs a light trim, mostly around his feet/ears/eyes to help keep him clean & dry in this awful, muddy weather. I have no hairdressing talent whatsoever, so won't even attempt to clip/trim him so was wondering if anyone knows of a reputable groomer who may offer special rates to rescue? I haven't had to use a groomer before, and we are about 30 min from Newcastle, about 20 min from Maitland (and about 10 min from Raymond Terrace if that helps). Thanks. Cat Posted June 8, 2010 Share Posted June 8, 2010 (edited) The groomers at Irrawang Vet at Raymond Terrace do a good job. I don't know about rescue rates though. I think it cost $80 to get Hamish washed, clipped and his nails cut and he is a large dog, so it'd be cheaper for you (I think it goes by size).
