Earthdog
Driving through Lithgow yesterday and an ad for a local vet clinic came on. It was encouraging people to sign up puppies for puppy preschool. It was suggested that when pups were enrolled, the owners could find out about a range of pup related topics. The one they didn't mention was desexing. Earthdog
It just seemed odd that they would go through the whole box and dice and stop short of desexing. Maybe I am peculiar?
Alyosha
Some vets don't agree with early desexing
RallyValley
Why would they mention desexing in a radio ad? Most vets discuss desexing with thier patients at vaccinations ect. My puppy pre school never once discussed desexing.
Earthdog
Maybe both myself and my puppy preschool are odd. The ad mentioned evry conceivable thing to do with pups/dogs but desexing. My PPS addressed desexing along with everything else. They do not juvenile desex.
Dogsfevr
I see it as no biggie either & puppy pre school isnt about desexing its covers other aspects. It could very well be a topic in discussion but most breeders i now have already covered this topic with there puppy owners & for others its a personal choice. I am not a fan of PPS but the ad for what the product is wouldnt concern me If your that concerned why dont you phone them & ask what there classes cover
