voloclydes Posted May 31, 2010 Share Posted May 31, 2010 some of you will know this i am sure.. you can shrink you file and directly upload it here, but if you have dial up or a small upload download limit shrinking them can be a drama. upload can be a small thing or a large bill if you run out... there is a free shrinking program called riot it will let you choose the size of you file... and the number of pixels... means no more uploading and downloading to shrink and you can fiddle with the pics in you own time.... if you only have dial up, you do not need to be on line. most of the pics i put up are done by riot... an example...
