Dog Trailer Hire

I received a phone call on the weekend asking if I knew of anywhere that hired out dog trailers?

Is anyone aware of such a place?

I tried and tried to find somewhere a few years back and never did.

I ended up buying one shortly after.

Maybe there is a need for somewhere that does hire out?

Must admit that it is not something that I have given much thought to as we have our own too, but I guess there are people out there that don't show and yet would have the need for one at times.

And the problem when you do show, is that you need it every weekend so are not in a postiion to lend it out.

Lesley, I have a Trek 4 berth that has been used once in 15 months Am currently only showing one dog so have no need to use it.

It is registered until Dec 2010. Tyres good, all electrics fine etc.

I tried all sorts of places many years ago. We were moving and had 6 large dogs to transport. I could have had any number of horse floats but no dog trailers. It really is a huge hole in the hire business.
