3Woofs
I was going through some pics on my computer and found one of my heart dog I had while growing up. I had to have her PTS 2 yrs ago at the age of 17 Anyway just wondering if anyone has a clue to what breeds she had in her. She was 16 inches in height. 3Woofs
I thought she was pretty but most ppl said she was ugly I need to get a better head shot. She had bulging eyes lol. She was such a smart dog too. I miss her
mr.mister
I reckon she was probably a pretty eclectic mix. I would hazard a guess at ACD too, but there's probably several more in there. I wouldn't think she would be a first gen cross. She's a cutie, whatever she is.

mumof3
I can see ACD there. I think in the shape of the jaw / muzzle, I see some sort of bull or mastiff in there too. Not sure what exactly, but she has the same shape jaw etc as a dog we used to have as a pig hunting dog when we were teenagers. He was a mastiff cross something else. Her tail looks short in the photo. We had a ACD with bulging eyes once. What sort of moron would tell you your childhood dog was ugly? Looks like a great dog to me. Turkey Trip
Looks just like a relative's dog from years ago - farm type Kelpie-cross (over the fence job!) x purebred Fox Terrier. :p Smart, determined, loyal, fearless, plus lots of personality. Very long-lived.
3Woofs
I thought staffy and foxy in there maybe. You'll never guess what the RSPCA said she was..... wait for it..... Boston Terrier X Foxy lol :p

ILK
Bitza, but can see ACD in there. She is a cutie. My childhood heart dog was black & white too. She was white with black patches and black spots on her white ears Yes she was not a pretty girl but I loved her anyway.

3Woofs
Thanks for the lovely comments guys. She could've had 2 heads and I would have still loved her to death. I begged my mum for a dog every year for christmas and in the lead up to finally getting Tia, I got a bike, a trampoline, budgie, and a cat all to try and make me forget about getting a dog..... it didn't work I was 9 when I got Tia and we got to the highest class at my local obedience class within 12 months My mum had to beg the club to let me train Tia because I was under 12. Here are a few more photos I found while skipping down memory lane.

tez
Aawww...she was beautiful! What a loyal faithful friend you had for so long! My childhood dog also live to 17! She was a bitza as well. Never on lead, just mucked around with the kids in the street, never went to the vets until she was 15 and had a grand old life. In her last year, she used to take herself off for a walk as she was too slow for anyone and many people used to say that they would see her walking down the middle of the road ...The things we did then that we would never do now!!!
