Nic oh lah
I think all dogs do it - our dogs love the kitty biscuits (that's what we call it). It's a constant battle keeping them out of the laundry where the litterbox is!

Guest belgian.blue
Do yourself a favour and buy a covered litter tray .. Ivy used to do that and now doesn't. It's foul. Lucky enough Badg hasn't had the taste for them yet :D Ivy also loves to lick my cats bottom, caught her doing it last night and I have to admit .. the cat was enjoying it eta .. though since I started feeding my cat a low salt diet, Ivy isn't that interested in them, so it's the salt in cat food as tinned/dry food is pumped full of salt .. which in turn makes cats fussy because they get addicted to all that salt? MalteseLuna
Luna loves the kitty litter crystals - problem is they get stuck to her lips/hair and then she can't get rid of them (they are those silica crystal ones). We have to vacumn all around the house as the kitty isn't very good at keeping the crystals in the litter tray! She hasn't found out about kitty truffles yet... but I don't doubt that she would eat them I think even worse is that she licked her butt this morning and then lovely OH put her on the bed while I was sleeping... she proceeded to try and lick my face and I could smell anal glands Guess who got a nice tooth and mouth brushing! Michelleva
Whatever you want to call them its gross! Our old dog used to go nuts for it too. But here's me thinking this delicate little pretty girl wouldn't lower herself to such standards - ha! How wrong was I??? I normally have one of those storage crates for a litter tray, its big with high sides and the dog can't get in it. But I've been using a normal tray for a couple of days, I guess we're going back to the big one. Our old dog didn't care if the tray had a lid on it either, he just stick his head through the hole. Jetty
ewww... We had that problem but then we invested in a cat house little box and now they don't seem to stick there faces in there.

Kelly_Louise
Ohhhh yes... Sasha does very few gross things... but kitty turds and duck turds are (apparently) a delicacy. I had to be careful walking past the houses of people I knew had cats... she would dive onto their lawn and gobble it up. Luckily, I've put a stop to it... but I think if my attention wavered for a second, she'd be contendedly munching it
