WreckitWhippet
Do they make them and if so, does anyone have any idea where to get them ? I've googled but I'm not sure what I should be googling for.
SwaY
You want a cover to go over the top so they don't spin? Or do you want the little bit that goes inside the trailer, that you spin to open and close it off?
WreckitWhippet
I was just wanting to cover them at night when I camp. Shower caps were looking good but I thought that somewhere in this world, someone would make them LOL
SwaY
Bottom 2 pictures http://www.uesint.com/product/product.php?...roductSubType=5 Many use these inside and open and close them when needed.
MissMonaro
What about a couple of ice cream containers over the tops of them ??
Rysup
I have a tent fly (tarp would do) that fits neatly on the roof of my trailer, and I just tie it on. Its on at home, and only comes off for travel. I'd put it back on if I camped and it was wet.
Bilbo Baggins
I hada discussion with the bloke from Trickey trailers yesterday re the whirly gigs as mine are leaking. He said its because the silicone seal has gone whre it goes in the roof. He claims that water can not get in through the blades as air does not come in that part but underneath. So when the seal is broken water runs off the roof down the hole.
WreckitWhippet
I just want to stop them spinning and seal them up when camped in the cold, without having to get inside and turn the vent. I know I can't forget to take the covers off and won't risk cooking the dogs during the day.
Aziah
I reeeeeeeeally think that you should buy the most brightest pink that ever existed in a shower cap and continue using them ETA: bright pink = won't forget to remove them! WreckitWhippet
I reckon that will work LOL and there's nothing wrong with pink
Aziah
No no pink is good but it means you'll see them and won't forget to take 'em off!
