Gretel
Troy for us as well. There are actually two different varieties of Troy on the market, we use the one with the green label which is one dose but the one with the red label says two days in a row I think.Had a couple of pups have bad reactions to Canex several years ago so haven't used it since. I used the Troy for one litter and had all the pups vomiting I contacted the company and they sent me out the other wormer and the pups were fine with that one but I can't remember which one made them sick so I've never bought Troy again. We used Troy 2 years ago for a litter, the puppies were 3 weeks old and we had one girl become quite ill as a result (probably just a localised reaction) but we have not used it since. We are always a Canex/Drontal syrup family. Cheers Kate
ravensmyst00
Most people that I know have had their pups develop severe reactions to the Troy suspension so severe that pups have died. I am looking more towards Cannex at the moment but am waiting to speak to my vet as well.
