When filling in the online forms it asks for the amount, then underneath it asks if that's in US, English, or Euros. So, so I calculate the amount in US for them? That's OK, I can do that, I just want to know that is actually what they want, also do I put in the full amount I paid, including shipping, or just the actual cost of camera only?
