Disappointing for those of you waiting for a reply. All I can say is that I feel your frustration. Very annoying when you are waiting.

You won't be disappointed in the product though, and the wait will be worth it. I don't know of any other source to get it from. There is a phone number on the back of my brochure thing. I just discovered it then, but won't call now (too late). Will give them a call on Monday or Tuesday and see why the long wait for replies. As Monday is a public holiday, it may well have to wait a bit longer.

My delivery didn't take long at all. Only about 2 days from memory.

If they can reply to orders, why can't they reply to queries? Surely a quick answer would translate into sales??? I'm still waiting as well to see which product would be best to buy. Is it possible to post the phone number? Maybe PM me the number?

ok, I've done a bit of research on the internet and found this place also, which, if you click on the "distributors" link, you will get a list of suppliers hopefully. There seems to be quite a few there, but lots of horticulture information ???????,......... worth a go to call one of them though. Given it is listed on their website, I guess they would sell it. The product is made from Ozona, so is known at that on the bottle, rather than Odour-go. (hope all that makes some sense).

Here is the link to that website I've mentioned. here

Order made :mad Penetrator Plus should be here in 2 days so will let you know what it's like

Now. Melissa (the Odour-Go rep) said that to make sure orders AND enquiries are received, please call her direct on 0414 098 228.

I've talked up this and also the thread that I started on big stinks quite a bit to her, saying that it could translate well into sales for them if the product is as good as is told.

Just a question - do you think you could use it directly on very smelly doggies? I hate the doggy colognes but my girl is really doggy smelling and this sounds perfect!

I used it as a rinse before on my dogs without any issue. It was a very weak solution though.

I have never had any problems with communications with the Odour-go email system. Each time I have placed an order, the response has been within hours and the bottle delivered within days. I might give the odour blocks a go although my dogs would eat them if I had then anywhere they could get to them.

VJB - was it you that had all the trial scents sent to them?? If so, which scent do you find the most pelasant. I usually always order talc but I might trial another. Apple sounds nice. What do you think?

Very quickly - got a call from Ray, the owner of Seabuoy, teh manufacturing company.

Apparently, Odour Go is a distributor, not the manufacturer, and puts a big mark-up on the products (his words, not mine!). Ray said that anybody wishing to order can either go through Melissa or call the factory direct on (02) 4388 9060 or Ray direct on 0412 812 012 and quote the code SM when ordering to get better prices

Hi VJB,

I rang all the Brisbane numbers that were listed for this Ozona, most had never heard of it,some said they had it years ago,the rep doesn't visit or has changed.

I have emailed Odour-go twice so hoping they will respond......surely this week, can only hope.

I have a mobile bar so can't call this rep,but I can call std ?

Oh I see there is a number,I will call now.

Thanks again
