Dog Groomers In Wollongong Area?

Just wondering if any one could recommend a dog groomer in the illawarra (wollongong) area? not necessarily hair cut, more so just someone who is really good at brushing and knows how to keep my bc happy while getting brushed - he normally has about 15 minute patience window so i try to brush him in intervals but lately his coat is dropping more and he is becoming more fussy about being brushed.

Or alternatively if no one has any suggestions for a dog groomer, any one got any advice on keeping him entertained while brushing? We have tried bribery but soon as the food is gone he decides he has enough and wants to go run around. We have tried toys but he is not interested in them while getting brushed. Tried praising him but that seems to only work for short period of time and not enough brushing gets done.
