Steve
http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2010/04...ection=business Conciliation talks between Tasmania's RSPCA and its former chief executive officer have broken down. Greg Tredinnick has gone to the state Industrial Commission to dispute his sacking. He was fired by the board last year, 18 months into the three year contract. The RSPCA's legal counsel has told the hearing in Launceston that the board was concerned about Mr Tredinnick's lack of qualification, expertise and financial management skills. Mr Tredinnick says financial management is not his strength but he denies he did a poor job. Several witnesses are expected to be called before the hearing over the next few days. Jaxx'sBuddy
if he was so lacking in the right skills which idiot gave him the job in the first place spot on, their selection process is what should be examined. if they knew what they were hiring then they take on the responsibility of the persons skills experience and qualifications

Jaxx'sBuddy
He rocked the boat and they sacked him. now that makes more sense than the lack of quals because that would have surely come out at an interview/perusing his resume/referee checks
ellz
One of the major issues with the Tasmanian RSPCA is that the idiots are running the asylum. They deserve whatever they do to each other. Any animal welfare organisation which will employ a known animal rights activist to head them, no matter how briefly, has got to have its motives questioned.
