Pet Friendly Accommodation

Anyone stayed in a great house down in Phillip Island where dogs are allowed indoors?

All dogs are crate trained but I have 1 small and 2 medium (1 a bit hairy ) just finding wading through the Dr Katrina site a bit brain frying! A lot of them say 'Pets Welcome' then in the fine print 'oh only outside btw'. Need 3 bedrooms too.

Would be great to get a recommendation. :D

No idea but wanted to hijack the thread to say - The penguins are soooooo cute!!!!!!! I was in tears watching them all waddle to their little homes.

I have been there several times (sans dogs) but actually haven't seen the penguins yet.

Have you been on the Koala Night Prowl? That's pretty cool too. :D

No but we did visit the Koala Sanctuary during the day and the old farm/homestead (can't quite remember what it was) and the seal lookout/info place. This was a few years ago.

There was a storm when we did the pengiuns, we froze our bottoms off but it was totally worth it.

I found many 'dog friendly' places said dogs outisde only or by appt only... Thats not pet friendly in my opinion.....

I found a few great places in Aireys Inlet but such a long drive...

Thanks my sister found that one and it's on the shortlist.

We'd love it if we could find one very close to beach so little Gypsy can enjoy it without putting too much strain on the elbows.
