I would really like to respond to this article without feeling like I am an ogre and a bitch and I'm not against this beautiful little girl getting a puppy. I think it's wonderful she finally has the experience of having her own dog especially with everything she has gone through. But maybe in this case its best to leave it.

"Local community members have come to the fore. In a matter of days a local breeder offered to donate a puppy, while the Golden Valley Keperra Lions Club plans to pay the vet and puppy school bills. ie the dog being a maltese-toy poodle cross.

I don't know it gets on my nerves them advertising a bloody designer dog and obviously a back yard breeder.

It's a free country. The pup was donated, so the person who donated should get the publicity.

And "local breeder" sounds better to me than "puppy farm"
