What Stops Bleeding!

I know there's something you can put on to stop the bleeding but can't for the life of me think what it is!

Have done a search..nothing comes up but I know I've read it on here somewhere!

Styptic pencil is handy to have around.

If desperate make a bar of soap soggy in some hot water & stick the bleeding nail into it. That works.

Flour of any kind. I find it is less messy than soap.

I keep a bottle of Liquid Stypic which you can get at the Barbers or a "Shaver Shop" which is always sitting there with a cotton ball handy when I do the claws "Just In Case" and it works immediately.

in future try to keep some quick stop or somthing similar in the house, but anything like the corn startch or flour is good anything that thickens the blood to help clotting

cayenne pepper is good for cuts, so guess would work on nails

I keep some in the first aid box and not long ago found that weavils had eaten their way thru' the cardboard container Who wudda thunk it Hope the little b*#%*#ds were on fire both ends
