4 Paws
Tunnel is good but it needs another method of staking it to the ground for a fast dog. I weakened and just ordered one as well .The larger one is almost sold out for those interested

ness
Well RubyStar - the other alternative is find me a job in WA and I'll move in with midget and enough agility and obedience gear to keep us both busy . RallyValley
Ness you are in the WA thread enough to warrant moving Rubystar I only have 3 jumps and a tunnel. Oh and half a broad that isn't painted yet. And I have been doing agility on and off since 2005
pie
How much are the tunnels? $39.95 plus post for the big one. (postage to WA was $17 I believe, less for Eastern states)

ness
Wasn't much discount for 2 when I looked RubyStar. I have a tunnel, 12 weavers, 7 stick in the ground jumps, 3 freestanding jumps, a broad jump and a UD box .
Kavik
Do you think the tunnel would stand up to a fast, high drive 600 dog? I have a tunnel from Air Dogs and it is a bit smaller than standard size, so looking at getting one that is standard competition size.
ness
Kavik - it withstood the midget bouncing on top of it . I would probably want to find an alternative means to stake it to the ground with a high drive dog and intend on doing so for Kenzie. I am not happy with the way it stays in place. I also didn't have it staked in as many places as I should have though as it was hot, I was being lazy and didn't really want to set it up properly. Kavik
I got tunnel sandbags for Christmas so that should be fine.
ness
Jealous Kavik!!!! Although that would defeat the purpose of it being light .
RubyStar
Can anyone give any tips on making a tyre jump? Would the one from the same website as this tunnel be ok? It looks rather cheap and nasty, just wondering if I can make one for cheaper and better quality? I've got the tunnel in my cart... now do I actually progress with the order? I used my new solid jump tonight, worked a treat So chuffed with my first piece of equipment I made Edited March 15, 2010 by RubyStar
RallyValley
Tomorow besides Lab grooming I will be making a tyre jump. I would check the one on the website is regulation size, the poles look like they would snap so I would just be getting it for the hoop part.
