Shakti
Should I try and find someone who can take her up there as excess luggage (not sure if that is correct terminology) or should I go with one of the professionals? Cost is a factor and the dates are very flexible.
Fanuilos
How old is the puppy? Most of the professional services are actually pretty reasonable with pricing for puppies. $207 for a medium breed puppy to go from Melbourne to Perth with Jetpets. ellz
These days it isn't always cheaper to take a puppy as excess baggage. It wouldn't be any more than probably around the $150 mark to fly a puppy from Melb to Newcastle. It cost me $180 to fly a puppy in a small crate to Townsville from Hobart with Jetpets a week ago. Shakti
Thanks everyone - will check with Jetpets. The puppy is I think 9 weeks old.
