Dame Aussie
I'm sure there's been a similar thread to this before, but just wondering... what is the most horrible thing your dog has done? Yesterday when I got home from work Mosley was sitting in the yard looking quite pleased with himself, chewing, and I mean chewing, like a cow..... OH went over and had a look and said he though it was a nectarine (we have a tree), so we didn't worry too much, he normally eats the flesh and leaves the pip...anyway....it kept on going for ages, so I went over and told him to leave it, which he did, bless his heart...and I almost chucked... It was a baby bird :D There were guts spurting out everywhere ....needless to say he's is NOT allowed to give us kisses for the next ten years or so. Soooo, what is the grossest thing your dog has done/eaten??
kiesha09
I have a maltese x called Chip who my dad absolutely adores (he's a farmer with working dogs so quite funny that he likes a SWF). So anyway Dad decided to take him out with the sheep one day. Chip was so excited about teh endless supply of sheep poo that he tried to gobble as much as he could and Dad's theory was that 'oh well can't hurt him, probably toughen him up.' That was until on the way home poor little Chippy didn't feel too good having eaten so much poo and projectile vomited it all over the interior of dads ute and all over dad. So glad it wasn't me or my car

JulesP
Brock gave me a lovely greeting one day when I got home. It involved tongue. That was fairly disgusting but it got worse. He ran back to his bed and was chewing something. On investigation it was a dead rat. Yes he was chewing on a dead rat and had stuck his tongue in my mouth! ellz
It isn't very nice finding half a dismembered possum or bunny on your pillow either. I appreciated the gesture but did wish it could have been something that smelled nicer and made a little less mess.

Probably make you want to run and wash your hands again. ewwwwww

Meea
I once had to drive home from Centennial Park in sydney with a deerhound who had spend forever (pay more attention Mum!!) rolling in a dead duck which was disolved to grease stage. plus maggots. It was just ok when the car was moving but slowing down or stopped at lights and I had my head out gagging!! People must of thought I was drunk!! washed him about 1,000 times and could still smell it! I remember looking up from my book and seeing him tossing and turning with glee down in the sand - my first thought was: Oh - this CAN'T be good! Personally I prefer the poo eaters to the poo rollers! My walking park is apparently a human toilet. Lots of signs about about clean up after your dog! edited: for spellunk Edited March 5, 2010 by Meea
mr.mister
This wasn't the dog's fault, but still disgusting! When I was a child my mother bought me a poodle puppy, and one day we went to take her with us to a friend's place (she'd only been with us for a little while and was still 'adjusting' to certain things) so my mum gave her a big feed of raw chicken wings and then we popped her in the car and left. I had her in my lap when she started looking distracted and walking all over me. She put her head over my shoulder and as I was cooing to her and saying 'what's up, cutie?' she shoved her head down my shirt and vomited all her semi-digested dinner down my back. Needless to say we made an impromptu pit-stop with me playing the screaming little girl and mum wiping it all off my back with a wet one! Lucky that wasn't too hard because the bits were mostly still solid... yum.
tdierikx
I have a chronic poo-eater here myself - she will come in from having a midnight snack and burp in my face while I'm trying to watch TV... needless to say, she doesn't get a happy cuddle in return... ewwww!
