Erny
If the complainants allegations turn out to be accurate, do they get their money back ? Nope That's a bit rough, isn't it? Most places/orgs that I know of (eg. Australian Quarter Horse Association) have you pay a fee to be able to lodge the complaint, and if it is upheld, you get your money back. I thought that was the 'norm'. After all, wouldn't an org WANT to know if a member is breaking rule/s etc.? Why should those who are bringing those things to its attention have to be penalised for providing this service on their behalf?
WreckitWhippet
I don't have a problem with it and have spent $50 this year on a complaint. I don't care if I'm not getting my money back, it's been $50 well spent. I made sure when I lodged it that I supplied all the details and evidence that I had.
