Staff'n'Toller
Bearing in mind I live in Melbourne's outer east. I drove past a shop today...and it was cleared out - empty. Seemed strange, does anyone know what may have happened to it?

Pointees
There was a pet shop that closed down... 2 years ago I think.. Apparently if they couldn't sell any animals by a certain age (when they weren't cute anymore) they would kill them, freeze them, cut them up and feed them to the new puppies as 'raw meat' So glad they closed down! "feed them to the new puppies as 'raw meat' ". This can't be true though. Dogs don't feed on dog meat. They don't even chew on dog bones.

joanne76
How do you know dogs dont feed on dogs? Arent a lot of those "cow hides" that come from China made from dog hides? i would imagine if a hungry dog was given nothing to eat but "dog" meat he would eat it.
