insertcoolnamehere
Dora has what looks like to be strands of short hair in her eyes. I think she picked them up from the carpet while rolling around. She doesn't seems bothered by them (its in both her eyes), so I wasn't really too worried about it, but its being there for a few days now. They're just on the outside of her eyes, on the coloured part. Where a contact lens would sit if dogs could wear them. Advice, anyone? ellz
I can't really "get" what you're trying to explain but I would be taking her to the vet. If it is on her lower lids, there is always a possibility that it is distichiasis (ingrowing eyelashes) and that will need veterinary attention. You don't mess with eyes. macka
Do you mean she has hair in her eyes, on the eyeball? Leia sometimes gets a hair or but of fluff in her eye, I wipe it off gently with a tissue and she's fine.
insertcoolnamehere
On the eyeball. Glad to know its nothing serious, will try wiping it off. Thanks
ellz
If it is in BOTH eyes and has been there for a couple of days, I would be VERY careful if I were you!
Fordogs
Try putting a couple of drops of Liquid Tears (eye drops) in each eye and see if they will flush out if not take her to the vet for a check up. Don't mess with eyes
