Kirislin
"Have a look at the OP, it has directions on what the challenge entails and just pop your pics up here, easy peasy!!"thanks for that - just one thing: OP - Opening post ?? It would mean the same thing, I think OP stands for original post.
Kirislin
Cute little dog I met the other day. I've been tinkering with zoom browser, the program that came with the camera if you're wondering what the hell happened to the colour.

Ashanali
So all you do is crop an existing photo? I took these while down at the south coast last week. The idea is to shoot and compose the photo thinking about how you will crop it. The crop either has to be a ratio of 1:1 (eg 10cm x 10cm ) or 1:2 (eg. 10cm x 20cm) Give it a go
Ashanali
Here's an iphone photo taken using the hipstamatic application (it crops everything square automatically) Edited March 7, 2010 by Ashanali

kja
So all you do is crop an existing photo? The challenge is to shoot a scene or subject specifically to process as a square or a panaroma, not just to crop something you already have. Cropping something you already have can be a good starting place to get you thinking about this composition, but the challenge itself is to shoot images specifically for the crops. Does that make sense?

SmoothieGirl
Clicking Mad, the colour shot of the liver Dally with those amazing eyes is magnificent. If that were a shot of my dog, it would be framed and on my wall.
SmoothieGirl
Two Spirit, I love this one too. It maybe that her colouring appeals to me, I don't know. I normally find these dolls quite creepy and I don't get them, but she really caught my eye. Edited because I'm grammatically challenged at this time of night.
