I need somewhere that is practical, fun and confidence building for both the dog and owner. Somewhere where the the trainers are happy, experienced and knowledgable and don't talk down to the owners. You sound like you have had a bad experience- its great to see you seeking other options as its really sad when i talk to people who give up on training because of an unfortunate experience.
