There were 5 entered... with only the 2 shown - although bearing different prefixes they are litter brothers bred in the US.

Many breeds only have a few entries - remembering the show has a limit of 2500 dogs.

Remember the other Puli fanciers may have known the breed judge might have favoured the dog that won, so they didn't want to spend the large sums of $ to go to NYC to compete. Also, keeping a Puli's cords clean/dry in wet/snowy weather is a PITA, so that might have been a consideration as well.

Plus many just couldnt fly in the garden specialities suffered with judges not arriving due to the snow

Not long back to our apartment from tonights group judging and BIS award. The doberman was outstanding. I've seen some awesome show dogs in my time but BOY was this team magic to watch.

Will be busily saving hard so I can return next year!

The Border Collie we came over to cheer on was awarded a great Award of Merit.

If anyone is thinking about coming to NYC and attending Westminster, my advice to you would be DO IT

I love this city and the show is simply breathtaking. I also got to do plenty of stuff this time that I haven't got to do on prevous visits. Tiffany's among them

Flying to LA tomorrow for a few days and then home to my dogs.
