First Aid Kits For Dogs

I have a basic first aid kit for the dog, which is pretty much a human one with a few extras, but it is getting quite low on supplies so I thought I might either buy or put together myself a really good one. Plus we had a nasty surprise a few nights ago when a friends dog ate some snail bait and I didn't have any charcoal tablets, dog survived and is recovering OK.

So was wondering if anyone can recommend a pretty good one I can buy ready made and then just add any extras I think we need?

I have googled and can't find anything I really liked. OR can anyone suggest a list of things and a good online store or maybe I can get most of it from the local chemist.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Have you looked at the MDBA Website? I purchased mine from them. I presume they still supply them.

spottychick I found a pdf of what's in their first aid kit but it was from back in 2007 so not sure if they are still doing one.

I have decided to make my own so I can get a bigger box to house it all in and get what I want.

We have started a list over in the poodle thread if you want to have a look - only early stages yet but I'm sure it will build :D
