I looked into it as a way of keeping my cats in my yard but it would have cost me thousands to do the whole fenceline so i ended up getting a cat enclosure.

I looked at this too.

Cost was too much, so purchased a pet containment system.. radio fence. My dogs wear electric collars and it gives them a shock similar to that of the static shock of touching a car door etc.

It looks like a fancy take on the old strung and strained wire through a PVC pipe! (Pipe roller)

They are on a good wicket though at those prices.

Yes GT they look very similar to the coyote fences they have in USA which are based on the PVC and wire. The manufactured ones there are pricey too going by the web sites I investigated a few years ago. Great idea for a fence jumper but I would look to enclosing a smaller area of the yard rather than the whole block unless you had lots of $ to spare!
