laneka
Thats what I used to do at the last place I worked. I would do that too! If I had a freezer spare! 4 dogs, and 5 people in this house. Not enough freezer or fridge spaace for us all! That is exactly why we went out and brought a 500ltr chest freezer, by the time I pack 50kg meat, 40kg bones and 10 ecopet loaves there is not much room left for us. Pointees
Sory to hear arawnhaus, youmust live far out? So many places near me sell it, but I only buy it from the one place (this shop doesn't sell animals). I might have to start looking into a freezer, hey laneka. JulesP
I tried (well the dogs did!) the prime loaf today. I prefer the smell of the Eco pet rolls. Dogs happily scoffed it though.
Pointees
I love the smell of Eco too JulesP. Haven't smelt or purchased the Prime stuff yet, but will next week. Will be spending HEAPS on dog food... :D 2 big bags of Advance, Eco Pet and some Prime... Jebus!

Thanks Pointees, we have a petstock about 25 kms away but they don't sell any refrigerated goods unless you count the walls of gold fish! I also loved the smell of eco pet too! The amount of raw junk we go through though we need to follow suit with a chest freezer, i bought out of the local paper a few months back and i was so excited! The bloody thing broke two days after, so i got ripped well and truly...

A large freezer is the only way to go when you have more than 2 larger dogs. That way you can buy in bulk and save you the trouble of going out all the time after dog food. Also good for when human food is on special. 50kg of meat lasts me about 3 weeks and so do the bones. 10 eco loaves lasts me about a month. Because I live about an hours drive from the eco factory, buying 10 loaves at a time saves me a lot of time. Don't think I could live without one now. We purchased a commercial freezer as we could not get a domestic on big enough. I wanted a cnest as you can get bigger things in it.
Pointees
Thanks JulesP! There is a Petstock near me. I went in there about a week ago, and it looks like they are closing down... Its so empty! Thanks for everything guys. I ll be keeping my eye out for a freezer! April has put on a bit of weight, still a long way to go though! JulesP
Am trying the Vets All Natural wet food now. That is disgusting mushy looking stuff but the smell isn't too bad. Puppy seemed to prefer it to the Prime roll.
