HugUrPup
I have come back from a holiday and my pug is malting something terrible. The furminator isn't doing the trick, so I need him to be washed and blow dried with an industrial blower ;) (or at least be professionally groomed). My Cavalier is on the nose too. I'm in Eastern suburbs Vic
slk
I don't have a suggestion (sorry) but I'm watching with interest because we are in the SE suburbs and I'd be interested to find somewhere for Max, I think he needs a bit of a professional going over so that I can then maintain. I'll watch to see if you find somewhere, and ask how you find them :D
Rascalmyshadow
I would be happy to do it at my house, I have a small hydro bath and a good force dryer. I groom most dogs at work but I do a few at home. I am located in Seaford. Edited to add you are welcome to stay and watch. HugUrPup
How far away is Seaford from Kilsyth? I phoned up a few places today and they have 3 week waiting lists :D my dogs need grooming now!!!
poodlefan
Why don't you wash them both yourself if its so urgent? A warm bath will move a lot of hair on its own. A good brush before and after will move even more.
HugUrPup
I can wash them myself but I need a good blower to help with the loose fur.
Rascalmyshadow
ok I am a long way away, could you maybe go to a do it yourself they usually have force dryers. wash the dog in good shampoo and then condition combined with the warm water it should make a huge difference. Koemi
Someone from Jims just phoned and he is coming on Thursday it's good for them to have a pampering professional groom occasionally. Careful of Jim's... i've heard some bad things about the quality of their shampoo. i'm not saying don't use them because i'm sure some of their operators are lovely, just... i know pugs can have very sensitive skin. i don't know if the shampoo is supplied to them or something, but if you have your own shampoo (like aloveen or fido's for example) i highly recommend asking if they can use that on your dogs instead. AND! i'm not just saying this to pimp myself, because i work in Moonee Ponds, which is quite far for you to go (unfortunately... i got my first Cav in yesterday, finally!) Good luck with it. It can be hard to find a decent groomer sometimes.
