Nope you hadnt missed anything. One of the IG breeders that I have visited is giving lessons and offered the use of her show dogs so thought I would get some lessons also with dogs that are already trained, plus cant give up an opportunity to spend time with IGs

I have a box now, it's full of water and food bowl, lead, bone, toys, blanket, poo bags, waterdispenser, pads for wes for travel when we collect him, cover for chair. Just ordered collar, harness and car fastener to be made. Just ordered crate, divider and puppy kong, combs and brushes too...

:)

Has anyone made any puppy purchases this week? I have only order teeth cleaning products and booked in for show handling lessons for later this month :)

Oooh you reminded me of some obvious things Fairystar!

Need to get a puppy slicker and bowls still! I'm going to wait till I pick him up to get a harness, so I get the right size. My old boy was a harness escape artist if it wasn't an absolutely perfect fit!

Your puppy is gorgeous, and you look so happy in the first photo. That is really great to see, and I wish you all the very best as you begin this exciting new chapter in your life. I look forward to seeing your boy grow and blossom under your care.

I didn't get many clear ones, he was running around playing with leaves!, I have lots of his back because he would turn every time I tried to take a picture lol.

A few weeks and you will be flooded with photos laugh.gif

Ours has started being a real retriever and we go on little walks and he carries a stick or a leaf or a bit of grass, but he's as slow as a wet week! Hahaha!

I see the appeal of a leaf now. Glad we're not alone.
