Guest *Pixie*
I also think GSD x Labrador looks more likely - you'd think with Alaskan Malamute in him he'd have more coat for starters
persephone
looks like shep/lab....or something- I don't believe it has enough coat for a mal X.. It is possibly made up of more than 2 breeds ...
Parkeyre
German Sheperd would be the most obvious breed, then I was thinking he could have one parent who's a Labrador x Kelpie.

Parkeyre
yea ill try and find a photo if not take one now, and nah i dont have duke, he died @ 10 weeks old due to parvo . That's very sad. I was wondering how things went since his intruductions thread. Do you think it was because he was at the pet shop? Would have been hard to deal with. corrie
Sorry to hear about your little puppy. Did the pet shop offer you any help with vet bills or any kind of compensation? As for your other dog I am not much help. Mainly see GSD.
Cairo1
Yep, GSD X lab. I think if there was Mal or husky in there he would have prick ears without a doubt! The fact that they flop makes me think not. He is lovely all the same!!! Great expression!! Cairo1
Czara
Looks like GSD cross, with possibly a few X bits (maybe kelpie, lab) mixed in! Nice looking dog, though ;)
aquaticmalamute
I don't see any Mal in him either. The facial structure, feet, coat and ammount of bone are simply not anywhere near that of a Malamute. I'd be inclined to say GSD x Lab too Edited January 10, 2010 by aquaticmalamute
Casima
I don't see Malamute either, GSDxLab sounds about right, he is lovely I met a MalamutexGSD once and it looked like a huge huge extremly boofy GSD with a Mal tail, Very full Mal type coat but with GSD black and tan markings and Mal type ears. He was a very handsome boy, but a real handful
Muttaburra
You'd think he'd have upright ears if he had both Malamute and GSD. Other than that he strikes me as more of a GSD x Kelpie.
