Pointees
As for the breed stands, the co-ordinator for the Gundog Club was unable to co-ordinate for this year unfortunately. As for the others I don't know, but it's bl**dy hard work (I have done one myself). You are watching your dog all day, trying to speak postively of the breed whilst also somewhat controlling the general publics interactions with your dog. The breed clubs need to be big enough that people can work in shifts and for a lot of clubs that is difficult. You also need the right type of dogs for the job. You also need people who are willing to travel and give up their time for nothing even if the weather's hot and many people don't live in the South East. I am willing to help out with a either GSP, Pointer or Gundog one next year.
Staff'n'Toller
Best thing to do is email the Vic Gundog Club in January next year and let them know.

2tollers
I didn't see this thread until tonight. Bugger If I had I would have said HI to some of you. I was there on Saturday with Lilli and Todd. Todd was in the Flyball demos. It was the first expo I've been to and the flyball was fun but I thought that there wasn't too much on display. I was expecting a lot more stuff. Thanks for sticking around to watch us Staff'n'Toller.
Guest Clover
I did not find it boring, and actually did not see everything i wanted to. The Flyball Demo's were great. The dogs all did realy well, especially the beginners with all the distractions around the ring.
