Mas1981
Have to have a little brag.... I checked the mail today and have just received official notification from Dogs West that Brooklyn has won Top Obedience Dog of the Year. Thrilled with this achievement as its a big ask in very good competition. Congratulations!! Any more talk of cake guys and I will be driving to southern river from training now on ;) ( I have been a bad girl, have not gone to obedience class for 4 weeks as I have had other stuff on and I also cant face the thought of being in class for an hour). ness
Just back from the obedience trial and it was case of oh so close yet so far. Finished up with a 169 in UD and didn't fail an exercise. Bugger. Hmmm maybe you aren't going to retire next weekend after all Ness ;) .

xena98
Hi Guys Just got back from the same trial as Ness and my little baby Gabby at a tender age of 35 months got her Obedience Champion title. I am so proud of my little girl. My old girl who is sort of in retirement my 12 year old Xena who had crashed into a jump earlier in the year and gave her a couple of months off and did veterans which she wasnt happy about did open and won that class she was so happy that she didnt keep her big mouth shut and just barked herself around the ring and the black and white border collie Inka won UD so out celebrating tonight lol

ness
Well done Xena98 - maybe I should have asked Peter if I could have pinched one of Inka's points :D . Ah well next time maybe. Congratulations on Gabby's OC - so what next Ag Ch .
xena98
Thanks guys actually had Joy R asking for Inka's card so there probably wouldnt be anymore points left suprised about Inka did the seekback and off went Inka trot trot like she does and came face to face with the solid jump had a fright than thought she could jump from being nose to nose with the jump and than went around it. Peter and i couldnt stop laughing and than I was missing a leather article so had to borrow Joy's so I think between us we tried to fail lol. That is what I am working on and also UDX.. Anyway I dont think Ness wants to retire :D so I think you might have to continue lol
ness
If only I could sort this bloody seekback issue out - erm why do we decide at trials that we might nearly automatically finish with the article rather than present the bloody thing EVERY single time. I think Peter was being nice to me today because I would have failed her given where she ended up .
Tassie
Well done the SA crew - and huge congratulations on Gabby's OC, xena98. Love the description of Inka's seekback - they're funny things our dogs, aren't they.
xena98
Hey Tassie and they say these black and white things are smart I dont know what happened with Inka she is usually doing something silly ie doing a drop stay and when I returned there was every other dogs face looking and one back side yep Inka decided to turn around in the drop stay to watch something else. She also lay down on a 200 score which most probably will never happen in my life again. That's just a few things that she has done must get myself another coolie :D

ness
RubyStar - considering I was ready to give it away after Tuesday evenings disaster of a training session she didn't do that badly. Its also the first time she has managed to put together an entire round at a trial without failing anything. Ah well fingers crossed we can put together another one next weekend and lets hope it wasn't just some cruel fluke.
