Tassie
Barb, we havent been able to take video of either of the last 2 comps as Dagboy has become equipment officer for the DwDQ club & as a result has been music man at the trials. But I am getting a copy of my routine from someone else who was kind enough to video it & put it on a disc for me, so when I get it I'll post a link for you to have a look . at Dagboy - so is that a promotion???? But yes, it would be great to be able to see it if you get a chance Mrs D. thanks.
Tassie
Hmmm - well half of today's agility trial for us belongs in the disaster thread - like a little Border Collie being feral in the first run of the day (we withdrew), and an old handler ruining a nice Masters Jumping run by missing out a whole loop of the course - in my defence, the course did go through the same tunnel 4 times . But then we did get a Masters Agility Q with a 2nd place, and had a very near miss on what was a nice Open Agility run - she got overenthusiastic and missed the DW down contact on the second last obstacle - but it was such a nice run that I couldn't be cross with her. rastus_froggy
I have always wanted to really test out Stimpy's recall and yesterday I created that opportunity, we went to the farm and I knew she would love to chase some rabbits, so I let her do it a couple of times then I decided it was time for the test, she was in full pelt about 200meters away from me and with one call of her name she came bounding back!!! I have never doubted her recall, just wanted to really test it! It was such a beautiful site, she has the most adorable run, she is like a springbok, she runs then springs then runs again! JulesP
My brag for the day is I've stopped wanting to vomit when I go into our practice trial ring and I can maintain the ability to breath through the whole run through!

RallyValley
Not as exciting as some but.. at training Toby did a big sequence of 12 jumps and a tunnel! And it had some hard angles. AND THEN HE DID IT AGAIN THE NEXT TIME! :D I know its so dorky but we were having some issues that we have overcome.
