Itchy Paw

Last week Ivy was licking her front paw quite a bit so I had a close look and she had a grass seed tangled in the fur and the point was scratching the skin. I'm fairly certian none of the seed got in her paw as it looked intact when i removed it from the fur.

Since then she has still been licking the area [normally when she has nothing else to do] and there is a small bump between her two toes. The first day a small amount of puss came out and today I washed it with salt water. The skin isn't red or irritated.

She may have also been stung by a bee as the tree out the back has been full of bees.

Is there anything for humans I can put on the area to stop it being itchy? Or else we will go the vets but it doesn't look concerning at all.

She's a rather sensitive dog, so I'm thinking she's making out to be worse than what it is!
