hollee
I am posting this on behalf of my sister who needs help with her dog (he is a large mature Xbred dog). At present she is living with us having come out of a domestic violence situation. Herself and her dog is in need of training for socialisation with both other dogs and people. He is quite obedient, when she first arrived he was very distrustful , but over time I am able to go into the yard with him and he is much more settled and happy. (He is in a seperate yard from our dogs, but can see them and whereas he used to go crazy he is now ok)Plays ball with you etc. I have my own views on the situation as to how he came to be like this, but that's neither here nor there. Professional help is sought. We are in the Castlemaine area and if anyone can point her in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
