Dova
Woohoo we're coming thanks Zug Zug & Rivsky I'll shout you a cold drink tonight .
Tay.
I am in her hands - could be embarassing but oh well. Nothing else on until March so if nothing else it gives us a bit more trialling experience. Did I read in the journal that there's a obed trial at Gawler on the 20th Feb? Or am I imagining things.... Good luck all
Zug Zug
Brilliant - so there is! Good thing too - if we blow it tonight there's still hope... ;) Of course I did promise myself we'd finish our Novice title in 2009 and with only 1 leg so far, I guess we missed that deadline, didn't we? But who cares - we're still having fun.
Zug Zug
We passed, with a respectable score of 179!!!! So that's 2 legs in Novice for us - getting closer to our Novice title goal for 2009 - better late than never! Only barely, mind you. Our heeling was truly awful. She kept scratching and sniffing. Seemed like there was something sniffalicious in the ring because I noticed a lot of the dogs having a good close sniff at a few places. But we passed anyway, so I'm very happy with that! And the weather ended up being absolutely perfect - was warm (but not hot) when we first got there but lots of shade and the cool change was already well on its way. By 7:30 or so it was just a lovely mild evening - perfect for trialling, and the dogs all seemed to enjoy it. I know Dova has some bragging to do...... (Got that little kelpie home safe and sound I hope? )
ness
Well done Zug Zug - hopefully I can get my baby out there this year. Will have to see how we get on though. The cool change was lovely once it came through - my two got a lovely run at the park . Edited December 31, 2009 by ness

I had a great time last night, even though I got home at 2am & had to get up at 5.30 to go to work , look forward to seeing you both at the next trial. Now off to the brags . Tassie
Congrats on the good results in Adelaide - good to hear the cool change arrived in time. My NYE went well too - though we didn't get the cool change, even after the thunderstorm it was still hot at 10.30. However, my lovely friend who prepares and shows my BC Rory, managed to show him to a nice Best of Breed - 14 points, to take him to just over half way - 52 points. He got a good look in group too, but it was won by a lovely Beardie bitch - very prolific winner (sadly a Junior too, so no class in group) - but the Beardie went on to BIS - so no shame to be beaten by her. I was really pleased with him, as we had only got back on the ferry yesterday morning from a week in hot Melbourne.
