Tiggy
I've been working on heeling, turns, signals etc without my dog(he watches me like what are you doing ) but now I find myself even doing my obedience turns at work :D . I'm wondering if anyone else does it :D . It's good for my posture at least.

If I don't she joins in and I don't want to make her do a lot of repetitive practice. Nothing is more guaranteed to turn her off, especially heelwork. Prydenjoy
I can't say I've been doing much of that (although I should start!) but I do always put my hand out in Meika's (my toddler) face when I want her to wait somewhere out of habit, and speak to her as though she is a dog. sas
I don't do it but I should, mind you I need someone to record their foot work to help me as I'm extremely unco! Tiggy, wanna record your foot work for me? I'll send you some tugs in return? LOL
~*Shell*~
After being told that I wasn't walking right when I was heeling with Zero I started practicing without him. Now I heeling walk without realising it!
Jumabaar
I always step off on my left foot regardless of having a dog (In my brain it is 'stay right foot' the left is default!). Particularly when crossing a road!!

Prydenjoy
Same here woofenpup. I started practicing heeling without Berri tonight, and had the same problems I have when I heel with him!! On the left about I always over turn and almost trip over my own feet (not the mention the 3kg dog walking next to them!).
