stormie
Can anyone recommend anywhere on Sydneys Northern Beaches for sourcing RMB's at a reasonable price? I get the bulk of Orbit's raw from Cliff at the Fresh Meat Store, but it's not easy for him to source turkey and when he can, it's pretty expensive. Due to food allergies, I'm limited with what he can eat. At the moment he's limited to turkey, beef and roo, with lamb on occasions. Chicken is completely out, as is duck and fish (stupid dog!). I'd love to get hold of some different meats - rabbit, goat, etc I used to get turkey necks from Myella, but I gave up using them and used to get them from woolworths when I saw them. My local woolies and coles has very limited supply of dog meat now, in fact it's rare to even find liver/hearts/kidneys etc. So can anyone recommend somewhere I could try? I'm working in Pennant Hills, so anywhere between there and Northern Beaches would probably be ok. Thanks :p
CavsRcute
I saw some turkey necks last week at the Woolworths at Thornleigh( at the parkway plaza on the cnr of pennant hills rd and comenarra parkway) They were the cryovacced ones in the white plastic-about 3 in each package. They were in the section with the meat on the right hand side down towards the back

Tiggy
I get my turkey wings/necks from Woolworths. Just ask your local one if they can order extra for you.
PuddleDuck
Devitts at Narrabeen on the Northern Beaches is a big meat wholesaler that sells direct to the public. I'm not sure exactly what range they would stock - I can't feed bones to my guys so tend not to get them too much stuff there, but they are really well priced and helpful, so might be worth calling them. We buy all our meat there and its the best quality.
