Shelby
Thanks Sway for the link. Was just in having a look at the entry forms and cost of entries - the only one that would open for me was the conformation entry. All the others just came up blank?? Gee $30 for a single entry or if entering two, it is $26 per entry. If you post your entries, it is a further one off fee of $8.00, if an RAS member cost is $20. Can't tell you what the cost of parking is as I couldn't open that file.

Sayly
I would be going with Ruby if the judge (N Karlsdotter (Sweden)) who has bred and shown Irish Terriers was actually judging Irish Terriers!
Faolmor
Can't tell you what the cost of parking is as I couldn't open that file. $20 car per day $40 car + trailer per day Is there exhibitor parking? Or is it just a free-for-all like it is here in Perth? Is parking close to the grounds? Still tossing up whether or not to make the trip over! Oh, that's a pity! It's tempting, though, having three of the four Irish terrier breeds on the same day. And, a plus, it's not Easter weekend. You can drive up and drop all your gear (plus dogs, if you have someone to watch them) and then drive your car down to the parking lot (yes for exhibitors). If not you can park in the parking lot and make the hike with your dogs & gear down to the pavillion - Its about a 5-10min walk. We don't mind the walk, and is fine if you bring a trolley for your gear/dogs. If you have no room for your trolley near your bench, its easy enough to fold it up and put it under the benches. PLUS a trolley comes in handy when you are scooting in and out of teh ring with multiple dogs, and never enough handlers

Ptolomy
Compared to the Perth Royal - its really expensive to enter (In Perth we get an entry ticket for every 2 dogs + one for the driver of the vehicle). I would love to be able to do online entries as you then have a record of them receiving the entry - but because we are coming from interstate - it says we have to post our entries in along with our qualification certificates (for obedience) - so the online entry option is taken away + we then have to pay the extra $8 for postal entries Can you send a stamped addressed envelope in with your entry for them to send back so that you know they have received them? Aziah
I'm sure if you call up a week or 2 after you've sent them they'll let you know if they've been received

Firestone
If they do not give you the option of online for your obedience entries it seems a bit harsh to charge the extra 8 dollars for postal entries. Borders on dicrimination I would think
Aziah
I think it's for interstate exhibitors FS...when I entered online this morning all I did was type in rego numbers and my dogs details came up (so I assume they are connected to Dogs NSW database)?
