Does anybody know of any fenced in parks north of the river?? Apparantly theres one in Cragie but I couldn't find it!

Speaking of play dates if anyone has puppy friendly or indifferent dogs, or just wants puppy cuddles I am trying to organise lots of play dates for Zora.

I have a 5 month old border collie X kelpie you are welcome to use :) althouggh she can be quite boisterous and may be a bit too much for your little girl

You can count me and Ruby in at any time too ST as we don't live far away. Pippa (mini schnauzer) doesn't arrive for another 4 weeks.

I wish I had gotten Ruby and Jasper playing on video, it was terribly cute laugh.gif She was laying on her belly while this little fluffball was jumping around her face laugh.gif

Well Indy scoffed all her fish last night and half her kibble :D

Today I left my mobile at home and came home from work in my lunch break to grab it, in the morning I put two chicken frames and some necks in the sink to defrost. Mum hadn't seen the necks and I came home to find Zora munching on a whole frame which mum informs me she almost finished! :eek:

:eek::laugh: :laugh:

Sounds like she's settling in brilliantly, and Toby sounds like he's doing so well too :D Let me know when you get some play dates set up....I need puppy photography practice :) not to mention puppy cuddling practice ;)

Awwwww :grouphug: Your pups are gorgeous and a credit to the great upbringing they've had :D There are going to be some very lucky new puppy owners getting your babies :)

Varda is good with puppies :) If they annoy her too much though she snaps at them, but not in an aggressive way :)

So who has entered the Royal? Or is planning too?

I need to figure out my entries... conformation is definite but need to decide if I am doing agility with my own dogs and what classes to enter with the Aussies. Obedience is out as it clashes with my horses. But am currently sick and wondering whether to try Heelwork to Music with Varda and Banjo :eek:

Not sure LR... I started thinking about it the day before I got sick. Am still sick atm so don't know if it is my sick brain talking or whether it is a good way to get letters after their name :laugh:

See, I figure that the heelwork side is actually not a bad thing for their obedience in that you can talk to them to encourage their enthusiasm. Oh and then toss in a few spins/rh heeling etc and bobs your uncle. I watched a bit after the show on Saturday and the two lowest classes weren't exactly very hard. Although the hard thing is trying to find 1:30 music!

Mirawee - freestyle is a hell of a lot easier then HTM - you can do heelwork in freestyle as well. HTM they start docking you the moment the dog loses exact heel position. My advice if you want to do either start with freestyle ;).

And starters routines only need to be just over a minute. Apparently I was advised that 1 min 30 is to long for a starters routine - mine were 1 min 30 - 1 min 40 with edited music.
