:o My car is so messy I didn't even realise some things had been stolen until days/hours later. Plus whats the point of cleaning it until the mess of the new window was fixed

Well the first day back at work after 8 weeks of leisure was a little easier than I expected, although by lunchtime I was ready for a nana nap

Was glad to be heading home thats for sure!

Got some rymadil for poor Wandy today after talking to the vet, taking her to have it looked at Friday....Much to my surprise and relief the little toe isnt swollen anymore..Probably as she was penned all day today! the vet suggested to bandage it for support   Yeh, right!!! How the hell do you wrap a kelpies foot!!! Its the outside toe thats bung, and her foot is so petite.....She is on complete rest, ON LEAD outside - think that will suffice!!

Ness - Ouch, whatever that is that Kenzi has sounds painful!!

RV - How exciting!!! A Brittany, sooooo cute!!!

I am very disappointed I was totally off the mark with my suggestions that you had won lotto, were buying a house, had a new fella in your life BUT a new puppy is the bestest news  Goodonya RV

Good to see CC at training tonight  At least she wasn't too busy cleaning her car ;)

:p I (badly) trimmed setter feet and got out the phonebook and did some rear end awarness work with Toby.. he had a  finally clicked! I know have a dog that will keep his front feet on the phonebook and move his bum around! Is there any particular way you transition this to the ground or will that just  too?

Hope Wandy is ok, don't you just love when dogs do that and vet's think you are insane.

Kenz sucked at the concept of transitioning RV so I went to using a lower phonebook and then a single sheet of paper . Seemed to do the trick.

Ruby doesn't have the ability to transition either  so I may try this piece of paper thing :p It worked ok on a tile, so looks like the paper may be a goer.

Sorry to hear about Kenzie :(

RV, how exciting about a puppy! Jealous! :p

I got a Royal schedule in the mail last week, but haven't even looked at it. I don't plan on entering this year.

Won't be making it to training tonight... forgot I have to vacum all the broken glass out the back of my car and don't trust I will get it all in this light :(

We have one kelpie x playing with an iSqueak lying next to an ES chewing an empty bottle. :)

Rallyvalley your excuses are getting more and more pathetic!

Emery -so glad to hear things are improving

Anybody else get their Royal Schedule today???

i got mine last week problem was the envelope had been opened so it was empty :(

i got a dilemma for the conformation class.

rottis are in the ring 6th/10th kealri turns 18 months on the 7th of the 10th

so she is in junior to she is 18months, intermediate is 18 months and over.

but my problem is what happens if i enter her in junior and we get through she will then be in inter.

i need to phone canine and see if this is a problem lol

as i don't want to enter her in open which is the only other option and my mumma dog is in that class lol so i can't handle two dogs in the one class :S

It usually works on their age on the first day of a show - so she would be Junior for the entire show.

Poor Wandy and Kenz :( hope they both cope with their rest and heal up soon :)

emery - that's great news about zeus, a new lease of life

Oh and there is also potentially a little Brittany bitch with my name on it that was born on Sat :) Timed perfectly for semester break puppy.

 Fantastic, I've loved Brittanys since we had a couple on the yard I worked on about 20yrs ago - they were fabulous dogs to watch working on the pheasant shoots :D

Good to see CC at training tonight  At least she wasn't too busy cleaning her car ;)

Yeah, you slacker RV :p

I was soooo pleased with Louis last night at his first agility class. Although he's been doing very well in the obedience class, and at reactive rover, I wasn't sure how he'd be with more excited dogs in closer proximity, and with some off lead running around.

He did very well, the others in the class were asked not to let their dogs get in his face, and mostly everyone was very good. He was a star at the agility and flew over the jumps and through the tunnel, a bit unsure about the plank thing, but it was his first time on one of those and did well by the end - can't wait for next week now :happydance:

And I'm sorry for calling obedience boring ptolomy :o it's like dressage, when done well it's amazing to watch, but I totally lack the discipline to do it myself  but boring was the wrong word to use.
