I work near the door as it has the largest flow of people (obviously ) with the added bonus of the door opening on its own being distracting and potentially frightening People sitting inside Chooks yesterday were glaring at me outside. But then you get the kids who love to watch and tell their mum "look there's that big doggy again!" I think the trolley boy thought I was weird, and the guys at the ATM probably thought I was doing something dodgy when I would walk past them quite close several times You are braver than me, I would be way too embarrassed to train right near a shop besides Mason would do NO work , he is too easily distracted The "advantage" of training a Labrador in public spaces, a lot of people think you're training a Guide Dog So you don't get as many crazy looks, you more get people watching on in interest. Where are all the bloody dog shows gone!! Just have six to do for his title and I am going to struggle to get them in this year by the looks of it!! Must taper off now till xmas! I cant wait to start reading it, Ive already drooled over the many photos in it!! pie Posted September 2, 2010 Share Posted September 2, 2010 Don't mention the jacket No wasn't very cold, I lugged some sandbags which warmed me up and didn't feel cold until I'd finished training. Need to go on a fitness program to run trixie - just about had a bloody heart attack from too much running!!!
