RubyStar
Great news, MG! Still waiting for my cheque for Ruby's allergy testing, and still need to submit my claim for her desensitization jabs. At this rate, its looking like the claim will be rejected and I won't be able to claim for the jabs Taking donations!

SparkyTansy
That sux RS! is that because of previous issues before insurance regarding bee stings?
RubyStar
I read it as a bee sting is classed as an accident, not a condition in their PDS, so that is why I was paid out for her reaction to the sting in Feb. I'm guessing that now I am hitting them up for quite a sum, they are going to pull it out of their bum that its a pre-existing condition now (and yes, I switched insurers after her first possible bee sting as a pup was logged on file). My argument is that if its a pre-existing condition, then why did they pay me for her last reaction? And I clarified with them on the phone twice before I proceeded with the specialist that do they pay for specialist fees, yada yada, yes of course was their answer, and assured I "should" get it back if I've been paid for that condition prior. So it's all just up in the air. It's a lot of money. Soooo many things I deny myself, yet no hesitation to spend $5.5k on the dog

But if they haven't said they won't yet maybe they are still going to....

Mason_Gibbs
I know a track and search dog helped lead a family to their lost dog it was in the Canine News ( somehow the dog caught their scent and came back or something) have you thought about contacting them Tiggy? I would contact the tracking club and ask them if they could help they can only say yes or no Edited May 3, 2012 by Mason_Gibbs
