Mason_Gibbs
The allergy desensitization is much less stressful than the bee one as u just do it at home. Mason hardly has any probs now from the environmental allergies after 2 years of injections. Gibbs ears flare up from food, been feeding him hypoallergenic kibble, all good, have him some lamb yesterday and he is itchy again! I suspect all of his allergies are food related
RubyStar
Ruby's allergy level is minor, so barely worth doing anything drastic about it (unlike the bees where it is rather serious). I'm just hoping an ear flush then changed diet will help in the long run :) Edited July 8, 2012 by RubyStar

ness
Today is a good day - Kenz had her first decent length walk (~2km) since surgery. Loved every minute of it and definitely wanted more . Fingers crossed she continues to improve.
mirawee
Yay for Kenz! That will certainly help her mentally as well :)
ness
mirawee lets say I just reached the point of screw it - well within reason obviously we have been doing 15-20 min walks and she is still limping but not related to the length of the walk (specialist isn't concerned at this point) and she needs to build muscle so I have been going with what she wants within reason. Leash walking her a little further isn't going to hurt and she is suppose to be at 20 min this week anyway. She is a happy little girl if her lunchtime training session is anything to go by. Not only was she doing all her "exercises" but she was back to throwing me responses when I was training Ness and fast and accurate - a fairly good sign she isn't feeling sore. She is now sprawled underneath my computer desk in front of the heater - what a hard life she lives. And Ptolomy further to our discussion of Rally I now have an old style LAT on her kind of . Well when she doesn't take it as a cue to line up on the right side instead. Hoping to attach a nice solid verbal cue to it. Mason_Gibbs
Yes he got really spoiled. A few short months ago his future looked bleak regarding the severity of his ED but now no one would guess he ever had such a severe problem :)

CrazyCresties
Hey CC, because I can see how free you are () if you're ever interested in doing a portrait sitting for a couple of Labs and a Mini Schnitzel, I'd be keen to hire you :) I will pay :) I'd love too, but won't charge as it's purely a hobby - so long as you don't mind waiting a few weeks for editing  Although I have done the herding ones now, so that's one lot ticked off :) With regards to the ear problem, have you ever tried Thornits? I highly recomend it :) http://www.thornitearpowder.com/ Ness, that is great news about Kenz :D Happy birthday to Leroy Jethro Gibbs today :) Happy Birthday Gibbs can't believe it's been a year!
