Mason_Gibbs
MG they won't send you another renewal letter? I always find it rather strange how often Australia post stuffs up when it comes to DogsWest... Sorry to hear Ness some luck comes your way soon. Nope they haven't ever sent one according to them.. RubyStar
I get a renewal letter in the post. Call them back and request one. They can't expect you to drive all the way down there, you're not exactly local. Then you can post off your renewal (or fax/email it) with your payment. Just another thought, you can also email them to ask them. I do most of my enquiries via email with DogsWest. ness
Thanks RS - I love my little girl to bits its just so hard to know there is really no light at the end of the rehab tunnel. At least the specialist is happy enough to leave status quo as what it is currently and we will just continue monitor the other. Time to give her a life for a little while before taking it away again sometime in the near future .
RubyStar
Dogs. Cause us much grief but we still can't live without 'em. :)
ness
RS - if my parents didn't have a brown snake in residence in their courtyard at the moment I would have packed both dogs up for them to look after for a while. I could use a break I am over it .
RubyStar
No you wouldn't, ness. They would get to your parents and less than 24 hours later you would be missing them like crazy ;)

Guest RosieFT
Ness sorry you are still having problems with lameness, it is SO frustrating. Hope you catch a break soon.
Mason_Gibbs
Lameness is so ao frustrating! Im fighting with Petplan to cover Gibbs leg due to a claim dispute and if they wont pay out for his leg i will have some tough choices to make coz if he needs surgery etc in the future that money would need to come out my home loan deposit which im not happy about spending. Bur on a brighter note still no one knows whats causing the issue besides lack of stretch in his muscles and ligaments
RubyStar
Please send get well vibes to my Millie Moo! My poor girl is having surgery tomorrow to have another tumour cut from her mouth. Also needing 2 teeth removed to scrape as much of the nasty cells out to reduce chances of regrowth. This is her 2nd one. All I can say is, thank goodness for pet insurance (if they pay out that is!) Between both dogs, I have needed to fork out around $1200 in the past fortnight! Holy cow!!
RubyStar
Oh and I mentioned to the vet today at Millie's consult about Ruby's leg hotspot from being shaved. Vet gave me a small sample of neocort for it, and didn't charge me because it was their fault. I asked them not to shave Millie tomorrow, and they said they won't unless she needs an IV drip. I then opted for the extra fluids during surgery so they said they have to shave My girls are going to be the patch sisters with matching shaved patches on their arms Millie just wanted in on the action, too
